Called to see what services my car required and scheduled a service appointment. When I went to the appointment, they wanted to do extra services for hundreds of dollars. Then they tried charging extra for “shop charges” that were not included in the estimate. I told them that I would not be paying that and Dana became argumentative about it. I asked to speak with the manager and waited awhile before they said they removed the extra charge. Wasted my time and no apology offered.

The customer waiting area could stand to be a bit more comfortable and less noisy. During my most recent visit, I was privy to a salesperson and a potential customer disputing over a sale. They offer coffee and water, but I told drink coffee. Perhaps tea or some soft drinks?

Service department is excellent. Attentive to detail. Delivers service as promised. Answers questions honestly. Never need to return due to work being incomplete or not done properly.

They make you jump through multiple hoops to not help you even after multiple confirmations from mechanic that the issue exists. No follow up and I have to constantly check in physically at the dealerships because they will not call you back. 2 months after initial confirmation of issue and they are still making me jump through hoops to avoid repair.

I have used Hyundai of Palatine for the past two years for my factory maintenance. They are very professional, thorough, and courteous.

I have been a customer of this dealer for 2 years and my experience has been great, the scheduling system for appointments is easy and they are always in time to receive my car. Staff is kind and respectful and they communicate in a timely manner with any suggestions about services that could improve the long run of my car.

My car was brought in for a follow-up and I had to keep calling my contact and then service because I didn’t receive any information. When I picked up the car I found out my contact was asked to leave early…it was his last day. Discouraging since the time before he was so attentive.

Took my car in for maintenance in November (cost me 2k) and by end of December my check engine light was back on. They wanted an additional 2.5k to fix things that “weren’t found on the previous inspection.” I took my car to a local shop and they took care of them same items for 1k. This place will suck all your money out of your wallet.

To be fair I am rating their Service department based on my first service experience of Hyundai Elantra Hybrid. Sales department was OK. But service experience was below average. 3 years of service is free (capped at 35k miles) yet I am told this is my first of 3 free services. Car isn’t washed or cleaned under pretext of freezing temperatures which is the case for 4 out of 12 months at the least. Service reminder is not reset. All with very long face as if they hate their job. Will never pay for service here.

Was told through calls and text messages that a deal can be made with rough numbers being stated. Once I arrived, wasted 45 minutes for numbers that were 4 times higher than stated. Horrible sales team.

Purchased a 2025 Palisade Calligraphy Night Edition from a young, very well trained sales lady Chelly Guerrero who is articulate, patient, and methodical. Wasn't sure I wanted to spend the money and trade in my 23 Telluride, but after having several bad experiences with Kia dealerships, Chelly's patience withstood my procrastination. This dealership was aggressive in their close-out pricing on the 2024 models, but I wanted a clear understanding of the amount I was spending as sometimes trade-in values and dealership math gets confusing and misleading.

I agree with others who've stated that the Leader Discount is meaningless. Unless you're going to use their financing, the discount is just to get you in the door. The saleswoman who I interacted with was nice enough (Kathy). She told me that the vehicle I was interested in purchasing would be arriving at the end of the week and we agreed on price, including the "Leader Discount". Came in for a recall service which was scheduled and handled, no problem. I brought to their attention that there is a VERY obvious rattling sound in my engine bay on cold starts, likely the timing chain or the components of the chain. Be aware of all the positive reviews. This is a bait-and-switch dealer which up front advertises low prices on all their cars, but then you find out that the advertised price is not true at all. All their vehicles come with two add-ons that add over $3,500 to the price of the vehicle. These two completely unnecessary add-ons are Xzilon Protection & LoJack. While the prices might seem great up front, they soon become obsolete when the final price is presented with little flexibility to the buyer. My recommendation: DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALER!

They will cheat you of your money if you are not careful. They will add on a protection package they say is non-negotiable and not reflected in the online pricing. This will lead to you going in with one price in mind and end up paying $3000 more. Don’t get anything from these cheats.

I drove 45 mes from my home, I found false info about car. 1. In your site showing Lesus ES 350 luxury, however it was base model when I reached there. 2. In cars.com milage showing 12k miles. However it was almost 19k miles on it. 3. Manager was not able to lower the price.

If you’re coming here to buy a car, I highly suggest you ask for Rachal. She was very informative and patient with me. She made my husband and I feel very comfortable and her personality ROCKS. I sometimes dread searching for vehicles because the salesman are usually PUSHY but Rachal was the complete opposite. She was honest and listened to our needs. This is my 8th Sonata and I must say this was the best experience I've had to date! Chet knew his stuff, realized I was a Hyundai man and treated me with the respect I needed. Long story short, the price they advertise online is NOT the price they will give you when you arrive. Even after I showed them their own website they tried to charge $4400 above advertised price. This ended up to be above MSRP for a Hyundai! You wont see me going back there. The game is simple. They advertise "Leader Advantage" discount but check their math. In my case, they were actually adding it to the cost of the vehicle, rather than subtracting. Then they told me I was wrong about the pricing!
