I purchased a 2023 Santa Fe vehicle with under 30k miles, certified pre-owned. The vehicle itself is in good shape, so this review is about the CPO inspection process and how the dealership handled the issue afterward.

Lian was a pleasure to work with. He was very authentic and had a very nice calm demeanor that made one very comfortable. We had met him over 6 months ago when we started thinking about getting a new vehicle. I knew I liked him immediately, kept his card & was very happy to meet him again and purchase our SUV with him last week.

TERRIBLE ACTUALLY THE WORST SERVICE ANYWHERE!!! Employees don’t care about customer’s time. They are eating chips, playing on their phones, and lazy.
